Our cosy non-smoking apartment was renovated in 2011 and lovingly furnished with a touch of Viennese tradition. On more than 70 square metres, it offers space for up to 7 persons and is located on the 1st floor of a typical old Viennese building. Big windows provide a bright environment, and offer views of the trees in front of the building. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and one single bed and offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The main room offers a double bed, a sofa bed and a cosy lounge area with TV, which invites you to relax after a an exhausting day of business or sightseeing. An additional cot is also available on request. The fully equipped kitchen and the accompanying dining area will allow you to enjoy a small breakfast as well as your home cooked dinner. An second bathroom with shower and toilet can easily be accessed centrally from the hall. During the cold season our central heating system will provide the temperature you wish.
